Primary Purpose
To act as consultant or a
representative to undertake the general management of corporations
by providing consultations for projections of revenues, cost
analysis, marketing re-alignment, opportunity analysis, and
pricing analysis by conceptualizing program and marketing
activities to create excitement to potential advertisers.
Secondary Purpose
1. To represent its clients with the Kapisanan
Ng Mga Broadkaster sa Pilipinas, National Telecommunications
Commission and other governing bodies as well as the advertising
agencies.
2. To establish all marketing and selling paraphernalia including
but not limited to brochures, rate cards, flyers, stickers
and streamers that would establish reference and visibility
of its client TV and Radio stations;
3. To formulate and implement standard sales force orientation
and training to enhance sales propositions of the TV and Radio
stations of its clients;
4. To provide attainable sales target and sales force of experienced
and trained individuals headed by qualifies marketing manager;
5. To aid in any manner any corporation, domestic or foreign,
to borrow or raise money necessary to meet the financial requirements
of its business by the issuance of bonds, promissory notes
and other evidences of indebtedness and to secure repayment
thereof by mortgage, pledge, deed of trust, or lieu upon the
properties of the corporation or to issue pursuant to law
shares of its capital stock in payment of the properties acquired
by the corporation or the money borrowed in the prosecution
of its lawful business;
6. To buy, assign, purchase, sell, dispose, and encumber real
and personal properties as may be necessary in the conduct
of its business and other activities related thereto;
7. In General, to enter into such contracts and to carry out
such negotiations, transactions, activities and undertakings
as may be permitted by Philippine laws.
